Start With Why by Simon Sinek
When people see your business’ logo what do they think? How do they feel? Do they feel anything? That was one of the points that struck me the most when I read Start With Why by Simon Sinek. Throughout this book he creates a compelling case for why all businesses should start with why–the reason why they even exist–and then all communications should start with why. And the fact that, as we look around and see most logos and not fully connect them with meaning, means that they’re just symbols for who that company is. The challenge is to connect that with a why.
